HelpCloud does not purchase personal information for cold-calling or emails. HelpCloud also does not sell your personal data (name, phone, and email) to any third party. If you are not a member, you can contact us by phone (800-813-5977) during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm EST, Saturday 11:00 am - 6:00 pm EST), by email (support@helpcloud.com), or by HelpCloud LiveSupport (our chat tool). Members can contact us by all these methods in addition to chatting and connecting with us 24/7 through the HelpCloud HelpDesk on your desktop.

The HelpCloud 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee is if you are unsatisfied with the results of your product or service at any time within 14 days from the date of purchase, please contact us so that we may resolve the problem and ensure your satisfaction. See our Terms and Conditions. If you are using the HelpCloud Technician by-the-hour service our policy is simply that if we don’t fix it, you don’t pay.

As covered in our Terms and Conditions Section 13, to cancel and discontinue your monthly membership, you submit a request to discontinue service via email to support@helpcloud.com, call 800-813-5977 or fill out the form on the page here. Your membership is month-to-month and there are no cancellation fees or contractual obligations when opting to discontinue the monthly service. The cancellation is effective immediately. If you have an Annual Membership, upon expiration of your Annual Membership you will be enrolled in month-to-month payments which can be cancelled at any time through the standard cancellation process. Your annual membership will not automatically be renewed or processed without your consent.

Not at this moment. We are aiming to soon open an online portal for customers to update their billing information and pay their bill online. Your monthly bill is automatically charged to your card that we have on file. To update your billing information, call 800-813-5977.

We can help recover or troubleshoot any account associated with your email account, social media, online shopping accounts. We will not assist in financial (banking, investment, etc.), government, or healthcare related accounts. We cannot assist with account recoveries that require the use of sensitive information such as a social security or license number.

HelpCloud provides, among other things, supplemental tech support services. That means our tech support services are third party services and not associated in any way with any company other than our own.

The tech support industry is legitimate but there are bad players who use the cover of tech support to scam unsuspecting victims.

We are legitimate because:

  • We have legitimate checkout, transactional, and refunding processes;
  • You can review the testimonials of our customers on Google and Facebook;
  • You can call and speak with a representative during our business hours. We will address any issues and work to your satisfaction.
